Hampton Inn Hotel & Suites

NAVY YARD/BALLPARK DISTRICT, Washington, DC

 

FLGA was responsible for sourcing land acquisition opportunity and pulling together the development team for a proposed Hampton Inn and Suites hotel located at 1st and N Street in the Southeast Ballpark district Washington DC.  Partnering with Perseus Realty and Buccini Pollin Group, this hotel will consist of 167 rooms, a signature rooftop patio overlooking the baseball stadium and flex space for meetings and game day festivities. Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2013 and will be completed during the summer of 2015
