Working on behalf of Florida Rock Properties, FLGA was instrumental in obtaining the PUD for Capital Riverfront - a proposed 1.115 Million Square Foot mixed-use development located directly on the waterfront of the revitalized Southeast Waterfront in Washington DC - Home of the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium.  The approximately five-acre site represents a unique opportunity to develop a premier waterfront destination/community.  The site is located immediately across the street from the southern entrance to Nationals Ballpark. allows for multiple towers on the site with Residential, Office, Retail and Hotel use including underground parking.  FRP is working with MRP for the development of the approved PUD.
