Located in the dynamic Adams Morgan/Kalorama submarket, the project is within a supply constrained area that has significant demand for new housing and retail opportunities.

 

Partnering with Perseus Realty, FLGA was responsible for sourcing and negotiating the acquisition opportunity in addition to sourcing the appropriate first class development team for the 14,695 square foot site.  The site was previously an Exxon station.  Construction began in the fourth quarter of 2013 and will be completed by the first quarter of 2015.
