The Argent is a 96-unit apartment building located in popular downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.  This boutique style building features 96 homes on nine floors, including studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom+den, and 2-bedroom floor plans, controlled access entry, and underground parking. 

 

The Argent is walking distance to the Silver Spring Metro-rail Station and is part of an emerging new culture that Silver Spring has been successful in generating over the past decade. With hundreds of shops and restaurants, a lively nightlife, and a growing list of entertainment venues, Silver Spring is a unique and exciting urban center and the Argent is a significant contribution to the fabric.
