Square 701 is located adjacent to the Southeast Federal Center. It is directly across from the recently announced headquarters for the US Department of Transportation, a 1.5 million square foot facility with 7,500 employees.

Square 701 has direct access to the Navy Yard/Southeast Federal Center Metro-rail Station. In its design stage, Square 701 will be a 700,000 square-foot mixed-use commercial office, residential and retail project.

FLGA LLC is involved with gaining planning, zoning and other land development approvals necessary to initiate construction.
