Gallery Place is one of FLGA LLC's recent successes that involved solving several real estate development challenges in the areas of land acquisition, financing and community acceptance. As co-developer, we worked closely with the District of Columbia, including the Mayor and the DC City Council, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the Chinatown community to develop and implement innovative strategies, methods and techniques to ensure project start and performance in a timely and efficient manner. Gallery Place is under construction and is scheduled to open in March 2004.
