FLGA LLC is a recognized leader in land use, zoning and development policy in Washington, DC. Our CEO is the former Planning Director for Washington for approximately ten years, who spearheaded many of the zoning and land use policy initiatives in force today.

Since inception of FLGA LLC, Mr. Greene has been involved in several major initiatives aimed at strengthening a particular sector of Washington's development fabric, including the Interactive Downtown Task Force (Co-Chairman), the Anacostia Waterfront Initiative, and the Capitol Point Overlay District Rezoning.

Also, the firm has an active zoning practice where it appears often before the DC Zoning Commission and the DC Board of Zoning Adjustment to promote projects that are consistent with established planning and land use policy.
