FLGA LLC participates regularly with other developers and development interests in competing for development rights. Our most recent successful competition was Gallery Place, a $250 million mixed-use project currently under construction in Downtown Washington above the Gallery Place Metro-rail Station.

In partnership with Western Development Corporation and the Akridge Company, we competed in 1996 and won the right to purchase the property from the Washington Area Metropolitan Transit Authority (WMATA). The firm is experienced with preparing and managing a winning proposal, including developing strategy, selecting the team, filing, proposal presentation and coordinating with the issuing agency/entity.
