200 K Street NE, Washington, DC

Located in the Union Station area of Capitol Hill, the 200 K Street Towne Center project is a full-square Planned Use Development of approximately 760,000 square feet of mixed-use development, including 447,000 square feet of residential and 312,000 square feet of commercial office and retail uses.

It is the first development of its kind and scale that will be built in an area of town that has not experienced new development until recently. Partnering with the Cohen Companies, FLGA LLC was instrumental in gaining the original zoning and other land use approvals, and is currently involved with day-to-day development activities aimed at groundbreaking in mid 2004.
